Cardio! It is impossible to target one part of your body for fat loss, like doing sit ups, they won't help you lose fat on your stomach, but your muscles underneath will be toned. So do alot of cardio, on a bike or an elyptical machine, that will really help!
for me i walk at night.. like around my neighborhood.. and this method also gives you a good night sleep..
The best excercise is the one you are willing to do. So don't worry about which burns the most, just do one.
Not going to McDonald's and ordering a super-size #3 with a DIET coke.
walking fast or jogging for 45 min. every day
and also u can try cycling or swimming for 45 min .
these are the best way.but remmember u should put 45 min evry day
