HI
Vitamen D, in its natural form is obtain from sunshine. Yes that is true.

But most milk products have Vit. D added to them. There is even orange juice with Vit D added to it.

And if you are worried about your getting fat from milk cheese then choose skim milk and low fat cheese.

Vit E is very importnat for skin and nail health. You can buy drops and put them in your yougart. Its great for nails.

Do you work where your hands are in water all the time/ or you are a swimmer? If u're hands are in water all the time, like doing dishes, wear rubber gloves. If your a swimmer, well you'll have to do as above.

Good luck.

Oh yes Vit C is important for skin and nails. Get your oranges going!

Vitamin D is synthesised by your skin when you are exposed to sunlight, other vitamins you can get from the food you eat
Well you will naturally get some Vitamin D by exposing to the sun. As for the food, very few foods are naturally rich in vitamin D, and most vitamin D intake is in the form of fortified products including milk, soy milk and cereal grains. You will also find vitamin D in: fish liver oils (such as cod liver oil), fish(catfish, salmon, mackerel, sardines, tuna, eel), whole eggs and shiitake mushrooms.
