What foods, exercises, and etc. do girls need everyday?

What foods, exercises, and etc. do girls need everyday? Im trying too be healthier! Any advice?
Answer:
Everybody should get in 20+ minutes of moderate exercise each day.

Regarding diet, Stop drinking soda. Eat whole grains instead of white flour or rice. Control your portions. Cut your snacks (cake, cookies, ice cream...etc) to once or twice a week

You do that, and you will be healthy and fit
I guess try to exercise a couple of times a week, and eat a lot of foods with iron b/c girls need iron since they have periods..and periods tend to lost a lot of iron from the blood. And don't stock up too much on the junk food!
